I felt Dr Ku did not listen to me or document my statements correctly. His medical staff seem untrained for their position. My sister was with me and had to show her how to find my medications on their computer. I had ask for those be updated 2 times already. I had to ask 3 times for records to be sent to my other physicians before Dr Ku wrote them down on paper himself. He is a sleep study specialist, I did not know this when I scheduled. I did not need or want a sleep study. I have intercranial pressure. I was told if I saw him, could transfer to my original doctor. When I ask to transfer to my doctor in the group, was then told that is not allowed. I feel they put their group above patient's needs. Their group consist of 27 physicians. I called the offices repeated and ask for a resolution, most of the time the calls were never returned. I was unable to see anyone there and I needed to stay within our insurance plan. This situation has caused me undo emotional stress, and delayed my needed treatment.

I'm hoping I can post this with no stars because this man is a danger to sleep apena patients. I've waited five months for this doctor? to get me a Cpap machine. While waiting I've developed Afib, then was hospitalized for internal bleeding. because I. had to take massive. blood thinners to combat the Afib. I was out of town for six weeks but made it clear I would come back for a Cpap. I went to see him as soon as I returned and inquired again where my Cpap was and he said I couldn't get one until he got a note@#$!%@#% from my doctor as to why she ordered a sleep study I failed before he could get me a Cpap. He never told my doctor this or me this and I never would have known about a note if I had not gone to see him. There are no words for this
