Orders wrong twice in a row (ordered black bean [vegetarian] option, got beef instead). This is the only location that screwed this up in a decade -- and twice in a row. They weren't even very busy. They either hire employees with zero English proficiency or they are willfully neglectful.

Very small Taco Bell with very few seats and tables. Since I do not eat Taco Bell regularly I was happy to order through touchscreen so I was browsing throught the menu and ordering all kinds of stuff for my and my friend who was not there. The food was great (Taco Bell Great) and service was quick.

This team gets 5 stars from us. They were very busy when we arrived. We placed our order on the kiosk with no issue and sat down. The steady put out food with only 3 people working for a solid 40min. I was growing inpatient, as I was so hungry. But when we got our food it was worth the wait! Everything was hot and fresh. Additionally we had made changes to several items and every single one was right. I frequent a lot of different taco bells and this may have been the most tasty one I've been to. Only one picture cause we dug in so fast.

It was very clear this staff is under direct supervision and has absolutely no autonomy to make decisions in order to help the customer. I asked if I could have a little extra cheese in lieu of beans and the manager sat there and stared at the receipt for so long. Wouldn’t talk to me, only the guy timing up the order. I just said if it’s a big deal don’t worry about it. I would hate to know I caused the cheese shortage. Then we ordered a drink on the menu, after we paid we were told they could replace it with a drink that’s half the price. When we asked for two, that was even a bigger deal than the cheese. OMG! They gave us a sample size. The cheese cups for nachos were half full. The workers were scared they would lose their job. There was a homeless guy going around asking for money in the lobby. It was basically terrible. I felt bad for the worker who had to be the face and deal with customers. The manager made him deliver all the bad news. I tried to talk to the manager, he just looked at me and started talking to another worker.

Late night meal after the Bronco game, ordered 4 chalupas and only one had more than 2 pieces of meat. Soda had no carbonation and the chalupa shells were hard and old.

The worst experience I've had at fast food ever. The service was incredibly slow, over 20 minutes for 5 items and the woman at the pickup window was rude. Don't waste your time here.

Maybe your employees should pay attention to the order screen instead of taking to each other. Been waiting over 5 minutes and it's not even busy. I will not come back. Tell your employees to not have a damn attitude and laugh at me like I'm stupid. I will be taking this to corporate

Placed my order at 11pm and waited over an hour and 15 minutes for the food. The staff was super chill and clearly trying their best however they clearly had no management and spent a lot of time goofing off and having fun rather then working.
Lots of rude door dash customers kept bothering them, I do not blame the employees but rather the management for not having a better system/more employees.
