Do Not Come Here for Urgent Care! The nurse practitioner is so unprofessional. My daughter had a seizure so we brought her to the urgent care. The nurse practitioner talked us to into allowing her to call ambulance without even any testing on my daughter. My daughter was able to talk and walk and had no life threatening symptoms. The emergency response crew came and talked with my daughter and even joked a little with her. She was doing totally fine by then, no fever, good blood oxygen, good mood. The emergency response team asked us if we would like to take my daughter to an emergency room for further evaluation by our own car. The nurse practitioner was strongly against it. My daughter ended up taking an ambulance to children’s mercy. The ambulance didn’t even need to turn on siren. My daughter was diagnosed totally fine in Children’s Mercy. The seizure was fever induced. All she needs was Tylenol and a good sleep. This totally incapable nurse practitioner probably has incurred thousands of medical bills.

Dr Kriet is a highly-skilled surgeon with great personable bedside manner. He was very confident that he could restore my nose to normal from the hideous distortions caused by Rosacea scarring which greatly encouraged me to move forward with the surgery. I cannot say emphatically enough how thrilled and delighted I am with the outcome. My friends are all completely amazed at my new, improved appearance. I have regained my long-lost sense of self-esteem. I cannot thank Dr. Kreit and the whole KU staff enough for their support and encouragement throughout this process. Dr. Kriet is hands down the best reconstructive surgeon ever! When I was 15, now 25, I had a rather unpleasant run-in with a softball, I took it straight to the nose. I ended up shattering all of the bones in my nose and developed a hematoma. After seeing my local ENT and getting the bones and hematoma corrected, I was left with a very malleable nose with practically zero cartilage left! I didn't know who to turn to, I needed the best plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I spoke with my ENT in Wichita, KS and he said, if it were me or my daughter, I'd go to Kansas City to Dr. David Kriet. I took his recommendation and ran with it, I made an appointment with Dr. Kriet that very day!

My nose was in bad shape, but Dr. Kriet was completely confident that he could fix it without a doubt. He said it wasn't going to be an east feat, but his confidence put me (and my nose) at ease. Dr. Kriet dove right in, so to speak, and took cartilage from my ear and from the back of my nose to reconstruct it from scratch.

My nose is back to normal and even better than it was prior to the accident. If it hadn't been for Dr. Kriet I have no idea what I'd look like today. I've been into see Dr. Kriet at least every 6 months since I was 15. I feel very confident that it was for Dr. Kriet's skill and attention to detail that my nose is better than ever.

Dr. Kriet is an excellent surgeon who takes the time to talk with you about your concerns and questions. I visited his office last year to discuss an otoplasty. Dr. Kriet was very kind and confident that he could reshape my ears in a way that looked more natural, as they had always stuck out quite a bit. I cannot tell you how happy I was with the results! My ears look great and natural, as if they had always been that way. Dr. Kriet and his staff were very supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process. A car accident in HS left me with shattered nasal cartilage. Decades later, I chose a local surgeon to perform a rhinoplasty to correct multiple aesthetic irregularities and trouble breathing out of my left nostril. Needless to say, that surgeon did not specialize in facial reconstruction and I was extremely unhappy with the results. I then found Dr. Kriet, who I consider to be the "best of the best" when it comes to facial reconstruction and revisions. Dr. Kriet is a very kind surgeon who takes the time to talk with you about your concerns, and takes great pride in his work. His office staff is also amazing- always very friendly and prompt with return phone calls. I can not only breathe better than I have in 20 years, I have a beautiful nose to boot! If you are considering rhinoplasty, make sure you go to someone who SPECIALIZES in facial reconstruction. I cannot say enough positive about Dr. Kriet!

I have been going here for a few years for Botox. All of the staff are great the doctors are wonderful I've had good experiences. I am in my late 60s and they have a wonderful esthetician by the name of Rachel Connelly RN,BSN.She is the best I just recently started going to her for my skin. She gives you honest opinions of what she can and cannot do and does not try to upsell you to a lot of unnecessary products. Following her recommendations I can tell you my skin looks brighter my pores are smaller. I can't say enough good things about her. I never felt so good about myself and my skin care thanks to Rachel. I've given her my permission to use my photos on her website that's how good she is. My before and after and I've only been going to her for about 6 months. And will continue to go to her for my best self ever. Thank you Rachel for helping me feel good about myself.

If anyone can work miracles, it is Dr. Kriet. I had my first ENT procedure Sep 2010 prior to my 3rd deployment at East Coast. I had my sinus repaired but the surgery was not 100% success. During my deployment I developed issues such as difficulty breathing, constant nosebleeds, and the perforation in my septum grew to the point I'll wake myself up from the loud whistling sounds. After one more deployment it came to the point I couldn't live a normal life with such symptoms. I visited the ENT on my current military installation and I was told they couldn't do anything for me because of the procedure required is so delicate, and if anyone can help me it will be Dr. Kriet. A referral was submitted and Dr. Kriet and his staff (Angelica) worked miracles for me, as I was facing yet another short timeline to depart for overseas. Dr. Kriet modify his schedule around in order to get me in for the procedure as soon as possible and Angelica worked her magic to get OR time scheduled for me. Needless to say, the surgery was 100% success, I can breath, sleep, no more whistling, no more nosebleeds. An outstanding job by a true professional. Thank you for helping to live a normal life again.

Dr. Kriet did an incredible job with my neck lift! I am 65 and have always looked much younger than my years, until my neck exploded with fat! It's an hereditary problem which my mom also had, but I was NOT ready to look my years, lol, Now when I tell people I am retired they look at me in astonishment and say "no way, you are too young to be retired." (I did hear that from a new acquaintance.) I do think I look at least 20 years younger. If you use Dr. Kriet you will not be disappointed!
