I recently had a conversation with an advisor from Kaiser College regarding their registered nurse program. While I had initially reached out with high hopes and excitement, the conversation took an unexpected turn that left me feeling disappointed and disheartened.

During the conversation, the advisor asked me about the year I graduated from school. When I mentioned that I graduated in 1995, his response (ooh/eww)seemed to be one of disappointment. This response caught me off guard and left me feeling devalued and discouraged.

As someone who was looking to further educate myself and make a positive change in my life, I did not expect my age and the year I graduated to be the focus of the conversation. It is disheartening to feel judged based on these factors, especially when seeking support and guidance from an educational institution.

Education should be a platform that welcomes individuals from all walks of life and provides equal opportunities for growth and advancement.

It is unfortunate that the advisor's response overshadowed the potential benefits and opportunities that Kaiser College may have offered. As a result, I have decided not to proceed with my scheduled appointment. It is my belief that age should never be a determining factor in one's ability to pursue education and further their career.

In conclusion, my experience with the advisor from Kaiser College left a lasting negative impression. The lack of sensitivity and understanding displayed during our conversation has made me question the values and inclusivity of the institution. I hope that my feedback can serve as an opportunity for Kaiser College to reflect on their practices and ensure that all individuals, regardless of age or background, are treated with the respect and support they deserve.

Keiser invited my nephew for a visit and it was AWESOME!!! The football coaching staff is first rate!! The support staff of the school and football program are very welcoming, honest and thorough! The President of the University was all over campus greeting and welcoming visitors, thanking them for making the trip. He was also personally providing shuttle rides, saw him pick up wrappers, checking restrooms for cleanliness! Kudos to the ENTIRE school for their hard work and efforts to host visitors! Keiser University is PURE CLASS!!

It is extremely hard to get in contact with reps in the offices. No one answers the phone! School is extremely expensive unless you are there on scholarships. You need several to pay for this tuition or you will definitely come out of school in debt!

Your gate security is extremely rude on Sundays. As an institute of higher education I expect a higher standard of employee. As someone who attends tournaments regularly and pays their hard earned money this is unacceptable.

I have tried to not post my feedback about this school but I cannot in good faith hold back in exposing some issues.
By fer, the worst customer service experience any student should have to endure.
Constant concerns with billing, bookstores and bookstore managers (acting like furniture salesman,) and an endless cycle of ambiguity anytime there is any issue.
During my time in their business degree program, I loved every professor and class, enjoyed the curriculum, and held a 3.93 GPA. All that do not provide any satisfaction when the accounting department is out of sync with other departments and their bookstore in subcontracted to a great company that is run by local managers that act like failed salespeople.
To top it all, good luck in trying to find out ANYONE that will give some direction on WHO to speak when there is an issue. Especially when it has to do with funding, student loans and grants or any other resource. Make sure to check out the official KEISER public information sites to realize that most links do not lead anywhere.
I can never promote this school to anyone unless they are paying cash and buying their books on line.

Loved almost all the professors and teaching styles. They also have a phenomenal VA representative that made processes seamless. Amazing experience. Would highly recommend.

The campus is well hidden from the main road, which is so busy. I’m happy they’re building a new football stadium! Campus could definitely use a little upgrade, but good overall.

I am so disappointed with this university. The education is a joke and everyone is so unprofessional. The advising is so unorganized and the way my schedule was handled was horrible. My first semester there, as a junior transfer student, I was told i needed to change my major for the best, which was fine because it was my decision to. But i still wanted to complete my nursing classes i needed to apply for a nursing program. I was then told i can’t take more than 15 hours without being approved and then, once approved, i have to take a fast 4-5 week class. I pay for my classes and it is my decision if i want to take more classes. I understand they want to make sure i can handle it, but if i can’t it’s my own fault and it will be my fault if i waste my money. Also i find it ridiculous that i can’t create my own schedule. For my spring classes i was sent an email saying my classes had already been chosen? I don’t think it is right for me to not be able to choose my class times or my professor. I do not look at this school as a university. To me it’s like a junior college that just opened up and is still trying to figure out how to operate.
