Went to see a doctor about very severe diarrhea. Never talked to him in 2 1/2 months. I called his nurse in pain for help NO answer. Have post Cancer problems so was disappointed In this clinic. Switched to another clinic for help. Doctor Osbeck was my doctor so you know who not to request.

Had appt scheduled after my : oscopy, then they reschedule it so that they can go on vacation. They reschedule a month later.I show app at my appointment time.And I'm still sitting here an hour later.Still waiting to see the doctor not very happy

I went here for over a year almost 2 with severe and issues. I was given test after test. Then told I had stomach paralysis due to diabetes. And needed bypass surgery to fix it. Then I was told by the dr I was fat, and if I’d just loose weight I wouldn’t have the problems anymore.
I was recently rushed to the ER and into surgery because of my gallbladder. The surgeon asked me why I never told anybody about my symptoms, and issues. I told her I did, and I had been saying something for a while. I’d given up, because they just went back to my weight.
1 week since surgery, I’ve been able to eat and have lost 15 pounds! My bowels are back to “normal”, I no longer have the stomach issues. I feel so much better. I’m no longer fatigued, and back to enjoying life.
If you go here get a second opinion. Don’t let them fat shame you.

I am a liver transplant candidate and I work with PA Julie Slade. I've found her to be professional and does an excellent job explaining procedures and test results. I've visited her 3 times and she's spent 30 minutes to an hour explaining things and answering my questions. I'm not counting waiting time or the time spent by the nurse and lab, just the time she spent with me. Highly recommended!

Would not recommend this clinic or Andy Osbeck, PA, to anyone. Absolutely the worst experience in communication, follow up and diagnosis that I have ever experienced. There is no sense of urgency, there is NO follow up, and if you leave a message for the nurse, expect 1-3 days before she gets back to you. I ask Andy if I could switch providers and was told NO. So, I'm going elsewhere. After 2 months of experiencing the same symptoms, and over $5k in medical bills, I'm can only hope to save someone else from working with Andy and going through the same mess. Just HORRIBLE to use for a provider!!!

I was a patient under Dr. Tofteland for about a year here. He's a very polite man who cares about his patients. However, I cannot say the same about the office. It seemed like every time I walked in, I was the burden. Cold stares and monotone language.

We had to call this office at least 7 times to get them to send over my records to Mayo clinic (who we are working with to treat my Crohn's disease) and we found out that they still hadn't sent up records after that time. The final straw came when they pushed back an essential infusion *twice* saying that they didn't have staff that day. I'm now 2 weeks past what my infusion date should have been. In past infusions the nurse wouldn't even finish it; there was still liquid in the bag when I would leave. I thought that was normal, turns out it's not.

Be warned - this office does not communicate well with places like Mayo Clinic. You practically need to breathe down their necks to get what you need done.

I went here and none of the physicians who saw me were listening to what I was saying. One of them kept talking over me and they made me feel like an idiot. I just felt they were generally rude. Will not be following up.

Does not notify patients of endoscopy results in a timely manner. Been almost a month, doc said it would be one week, maybe two and to call if I didn't hear from them. I've called multiple times, twice they wouldn't answer. Then someone answered and said a nurse would call me the same day, never called me. I'm beyond irritated. Still waiting for results while I'm dealing with pain. Choose another specialist clinic, stay far away from this place.
