I recently moved into Kurve on Wilshire, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, thanks to Angela's outstanding communication and transparency.

As someone relocating from out of town, I rented my apartment completely online without the opportunity to tour the space in person. Naturally, I was a bit nervous about making such a significant decision remotely. However, Angela quickly put my concerns to rest. She provided detailed information about the apartment and the community, answered all my questions promptly, and offered additional photos and videos to ensure I felt comfortable with my choice.

What impressed me the most was Angela's commitment to making sure everything was just right. She was incredibly responsive, always available to address my inquiries, and kept me updated throughout the process. Her transparency about the leasing terms, amenities, and even potential challenges (like parking) made me feel confident and informed every step of the way.

When I finally arrived and saw the apartment in person, it exceeded my expectations. The space was exactly as described, and I couldn’t be happier with my new home. Angela’s thoughtfulness didn’t stop there; she also provided guidance on parking options and made sure I was fully settled.

I recently decided to lease here. Atticus is such a professional and patient agent. His communication was impeccable and I never had to wait on the phone to reach him anytime I had a question. I was undecided and he always had great ideas to help me make the right choice for me and my constraints even if it meant touring the apartment twice. He is very open and honest with everything so I felt absolutely comfortable when I signed the lease.
The place has everything you would expect from a luxury apartment. They have community events which I am looking forward to and with their amneties you will probably never be bored at home.
I am really excited to move in and I am positive my experience will be nothing short of peaceful and pleasant here.

Hey Family! I’ve been a resident at Kurve for almost a year so this review is long overdue! Staying at Kurve has been absolutely phenomenal, and has truly been a dream come true. A high rise apartment with beautiful amenities doesn’t speak to what makes this place special. People such as Angela Brunner in Leasing, Security and the 24/7 Concierge, have honestly made this place feel like home. From the start of my tour, I could always appreciate the extra steps Angela took in making sure I was all set, and even know as a resident one year in she still follows through in making sure I’m all good! Hopefully nobody that works at Kurve feels like their work goes unnoticed. Although this place is magnificent within itself, they all make sure our experiences are near flawless! So thank you!

My experience with Kurve has been nothing but absolutely fantastic! Their staff is professional, attentive and responsive — they actually pick up phone calls and reply to emails when you have questions! I originally looked at Kurve in August when my friend and I were looking for 2BR2BA units to move to for October, but due to a sudden family emergency and my mom passing, I ended up having to delay my move to January. After being screwed by 2 different apartment complexes and management companies in LA (the units I signed for ended up not being available for my anticipated move date — The Vermont and Skye at Bunker Hill), I decided to take a look at Kurve again for a 1BR1BA. During both times at Kurve, Jonathan Tantype was the leasing agent helping me and he’s been amazing to work with! He’s responsive, helpful and very professional — he’s also always well dressed. I’ve honestly had the best experience with him out of all the apartments and leasing staff I’ve interacted with over the last few months — and I’ve looked at 23 apartments between KTown and DTLA (I’m picky and looked at 138 houses when I bought my home in Minneapolis). I wholeheartedly recommend taking a look at Kurve if it’s within your budget and to work with Jonathan!

I’d caution and stay clear from The Vermont down the street — their staff is incompetent and non-responsive to emails and rarely pickup the phone; and Skye at Bunker Hill — you end up playing constant phone tag with their staff because their phone number always goes to voicemail and they don’t have any property management onsite at the location.

I didn’t want to come on here to bash this apartment complex because I loved my apartment ! BUT here I am. It’s been a month and two weeks and I am still waiting for my security deposit. I have called multiple times and I’ve been getting “I should receive an email by next week” ITS BEEN A MONTH AND TWO WEEKS! These luxury apartments are so quick to take your
Money but not quick enough to issue you back the money you’re obligated to get. This is not luxury !
