I go to this Kuway almost every week for the past year! I tried almost everything here, from banh mi, broken rice, and noodle salad to the signature sizzling beef pan, which is my all-time favorite! Not only is the food so delicious but the owner is so kind and cheerful ? I took all of my friends here and all of them love it! I love this food truck so much and I’ll keep coming here for the sizzling pan!

I tried the specials: banh mi chao, sweet chili chicken rice, and ube coffee, and they were all delicious! The chicken was a bit bland, but the sauce over the tumeric rice was simply amazing. The ube coffee needs a good stir to blend the flavors, but once mixed, it’s really tasty. The star of the meal was definitely the banh mi chao. Everything about it was incredible, with each ingredient tasting great on its own or stacked into a sandwich. It was a bit messy since there’s so much to fit into the bread, but it was absolutely worth it!

The only downside was the number of flies around—I wish they had one of those tabletop fly fans. On the plus side, there’s an interesting gas station next door where you can walk around while waiting for your food.

I was hoping the banh mi would be a lot bigger, but the pork in it was good. The green Thai tea was the best thing. This was around $16 with tax and tip.

If you’ve ever been to Westminster, CA you may be disappointed.

Excellent food for a really good price compared to other Vietnamese spots I have tried for take out. I got x2 chicken banh mi, fresh spring rolls, and fried eggs rolls to share/for leftovers all for about $35. The baguettes are perfectly soft, moist grilled chicken thigh, spicy fresh jalapeño, and sweet and crunchy pickled daikon and carrot. Spring rolls and egg rolls do not disappoint! I was about to order for lunch again today but unfortunately they are temporarily closed to visit family in Vietnam…. Can’t wait for their return! I can’t recommend them enough.

Drove 20 min to get here because google said it was open.
I can't talk about the food, so I will rate them based solely on the wrong time showed.
Their neighbors where open, though(see phooto) too bad I was savoring a banh mi already.

I ordered delivery for lunch during work and it was amazing. The steamed bun sliders were fluffy and light with the most tender, flavorful pork and beef (pork is pictured, I ate both of the beef before I thought to take one). The Thai tea was just right, and the egg rolls were crispy and a nice size (not too big or overstuffed). I bet it's even better when you visit in person and I plan to do so in the near future.

These Banh Mi are amazing. We also had the tacos where the tortilla reminds me of the texture of a fried wonton. We had the pork and the beef and both were just as juicy. I also had the leeches drink and it was refreshing.

Great Vietnamese food truck! The banh mi is great. If the bread was crispier it’d been perfect!

The iced coffee is pretty good too!

For the price you pay, under $10 for the banh mi, this is a steal!
