I went through the drive-thru at 2:30 in the morning on October 3rd 2024 there was a gentleman outside that said he was very dehydrated didn't feel good could he get some water so I asked the lady at the drive-thru middle to older aged hispanic woman with shoulder length brown hair and she said if it was for him no and slammed the door in my face! When did we lose our compassion for other human beings? That was pretty awful to not only deny a person a cup of water but to slam the door in my face too I won't be coming here again/ edit to add had another experience with same woman photo attached on 11/15/24 at 3:50 am was extremely rude again! Terrible customer service!! Such a mean person

These lovely folks were oh so kind and helpful by allowing me to walk through since my van broke down a couple blocks down the street and I was starving to death and hadn't eaten in over 24 hours! To the beautiful trans individual: you rock! I can't thank you enough for your kindness and help to be when I was having a really bad day! God bless you in all you do!

I cannot believe they’re okay with letting your child play and eat amongst all this FILTH every single table has crumbs and sauce a French fry covered in ants sitting right by the slide not to mention the homeless people sitting in the play area for hours. This is an abomination

The woman described in Jen G’s review was also extremely rude to me. She was so weirdly rude and accusatory about a completely normal interaction that I drove away wondering what the heck had just happened and if that was even real.

I was honestly shaken up by the interaction and I only had to talk to her for a couple of minutes. Cannot even imagine if I was one of the other employees working the late shift stuck in there with such an unnecessarily unkind person.

I had ordered my food on a kiosk at 5:12pm MST. waited 12 minutes for my food to come out, which I don’t mind waiting as it’s fast food and they are short staffed and are busy. Understandable, However, one of the employees. Likely management said he could not remake my order that I never received initially as he had said that someone else grabbed it. There was 3 other people waiting at the front to pick up orders as well. It’s not my problem nor my fault that I didn’t receive my food and someone else took it. Thankfully they were able to remake my order and actually hand it to me but was definitely not the right thing to do. And major issue, the bathrooms are blocked off and inaccessible and is a current code violation. As businesses must provide access to restrooms. Especially for paying customers.

always go ti this mc donald’s and have minimal issues but recently every time i go they can never hear me through the speaker and are rude and never get the order right. recently went for breakfast and not only did they not have the frappe but offered a strawberry shake and when at the window they didn’t give it to us and acted like they didn’t know. then received this sad looking drink with a dirty look 🙁

The manager Nial (Neal) was awesome seen me struggling to get my kids in the door he helped me in was very kind made sure all my food was fresh as he repeatedly check on all he's guess . 10 out of 10 the staff was also very friendly can't wait to come back
