This place will call DCF if you miss 1 visit and don't call to reschedule. I called to reschedule 2 minutes after our appointment time and the nurse told me she would call after checking with the doctor to see what days and times they had available. DCF was notified and told that we had missed multiple visits and said my daughter had a preexisting condition that I was never informed about. They said I never called when I have phone records to prove I did. My daughter also never had a preexisting condition either. My personal experience was horrible and I felt like I was judged and something was off with this place since my first interaction with them at the hospital after my daughter was born.

Communication is key to running a successful clinic. Communication between staff members and staff to patients. Following thru with what you've promised to do, is another key factor. BOTH of these need work. Maybe they're overworked or understaffed but regardless that reflects on their patient care.

I just Wana say my kids doctor is amazing but the people who answer the phone suck getting an appointment sucks they tried to cancel my kids one year appointment and told me he won't be seen for a couple months he has hand foot and mouth he needs seen now I said she said tomorrow at 9 can we get his shots then too I asked she said no u can get them elsewhere she laughed at me I'm now upset why are you laughing I was crying and confused I'm a new mom of 2 she would not even give me her name and it just makes me want to switch to a whole different doctor's office so I don't ever have to go through that again cuz that's just embarrassing and mean why are they laughing at me I don't get it I'm a concerned confused parent

DCF needs to investigate this place. They don't care how urgent your child needs to be seen by their doctor they'll make your life hell just making an appointment. The nurses are great at giving medical advice over the phone they act like their the doctor.. isn't that malpractice? They'll do anything to keep you from bringing your very sick child in because they'd rather just tell you tylonal and ibuprofen over the phone. ZERO STARS

I had my daughter in 2010/2011. Came here for care during my pregnancy and throughout my daughters life. I now had to find her a new doctors office. Due to the negligence of this one. When I called to set up at check up. I was told it had been over 3 years since she had been seen. So she was considered a new patient, and they are not accepting new patients at this time. So just like that huh? After all the years of caring for her, she just gets dropped like it’s nothing. With no phone calls, no emails, to let me know that this was their policy, and that maybe we should get her on the books so she doesn’t lose a spot. I had not brought her in awhile, because overall she’s a really healthy kid. I just wanted a simple check up for her since she’s almost hitting her teen years, but that’s too much to ask I guess. Well, Come to find out. Because of previous pictures I took of my daughter at her last doctors appointment. It had actually been 2 years and 7 months. Not quite a full 3 years, so technically I was lied to. It was a blessing in disguise anyway, because their care is trash. I’ll be glad to take her elsewhere.

This was not a good experience and I canceled my follow up. The Dr. did not listen to my concerns. My son, a newborn, had not had a BM for almost a week and they told me this is fine and normal and it very well could be but there were no suggestion to help or to elevate the problem. She also pressed on my son’s soft spot on his head to make him cry so she could look in his mouth. Like lookey here lady you don’t just go around doing that I was appalled that she did this. I will never go there again. We have since transferred care.

I was going here since my first Daughter was born. She is now 3 and they were ok. Then when I had my last son. The Dr. Clay didn't care about anything that concerns my children all they wanted to do was say I was poor because my daughter didn't have her shoes on. And they also tried to call DCF on me 2 twice saying my children lack supervision. Because I was slow to react and Slurring my words. Well maybe that's because I was hospitalized right after I left there for low-sodium and stuff it was in the Ic u and trauma and maybe a if you guys cared about people like you're supposed to I would've gotta help a long time ago and would not have had to go though all that. I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. They are rude, stuck up, don't care and try and take kids away from there parents who are good loving Christian people They do nothing but care about people and their kids and Would do anything in the world for them. I took uas for the lady and everything for the lady and I passed everything. I really want to say what I think about that lady but I'm not going to im just going to let it go and turn the other cheek and pray for them.have a nice blessed day.

Today was the 2nd time I have been left waiting for Dr. Allen. The first couple of times I waited and didn't think anything of it. The 2nd to last time I waited over an hour and a half. So I decided I would make her next appointment for 8am so she was his first appointment. Still at 45 minutes after her appointment time. I told her to put her clothes back on we were leaving. He couldn't even be there on time for his first appointment. This is for children. People we are teaching to be humans. As professionals you are the leading role model in that field. If you are setting bad examples for them, Why would we take them to see you? I'm not anymore. Nurses and receptionist all have attitudes. Calling them is a nightmare.
